Paint correction
Those spider-web scratches you see under sunlight are what automatic brushes leave behind. We machine-polish them out of the clearcoat, panel by panel, until the paint reads like glass.
You're holding the inspection lamp — sweep it across the panel. The inspection lamp sweeps itself. Where it passes, the swirls let go. Swirled paint under raking light, machine-polished until the web is gone. This is what "corrected" looks like.
