Evergrove Landscape Co.
Design · Install · Monthly care — Oviedo, Florida

The best yard on the street starts as a drawing.

Evergrove designs, installs, and tends Central Florida landscapes — from the first pencil line to every month after.

Or just call — (407) 555-0151. We pick up.

  The work

Three trades. One drawing board.

Most yards fail in the hand-offs — a designer who never plants, an installer who never returns. Evergrove keeps all three trades on the same sheet of paper.

Plate I

Design

A designer walks your yard with you, then draws a real plan — beds, trees, hardscape, sightlines from the kitchen window. On paper. You keep it.

Deliverable: a plan you keep

Plate II

Install

Our own crews cut the beds, lay the pavers, set every root ball plumb. The drawing rides on the truck, and the foreman checks the yard against it before we leave.

Crews: ours — never subbed out

Plate III — the spine

Monthly care

The part nobody photographs — and the reason the photos keep looking good. Twelve visits a year: pruning, turf, irrigation, mulch, seasonal color, storm prep.

Visits: 12 / yr · plans from $249/mo

  From the drawing board

Every yard here started as a drawing.

This one is in Kingsbridge East. Watch the plan we drew on the owner's porch become the yard the neighbors slow down for.

  The keeping

A landscape isn’t a project. It’s a habit.

Install day is the easy part. What separates the yard everyone admires in year three is the tending — the same crew, every month, working a calendar written for Central Florida.

Evergrove Care runs twelve scheduled visits a year: structural pruning, turf feeding, irrigation checks, mulch, seasonal color rotations, and June storm prep before the wind arrives.

  The neighbors

Word travels down a street.

Three different neighbors have knocked to ask who does our yard. I keep Evergrove’s card in a dish by the front door now.

Hugo P. · Live Oak Reserve, Oviedo

The plan Devon sketched on our porch is framed in the hallway. The yard outside the window looks exactly like it.

Alba G. · Alafaya Woods, Oviedo

They re-cut the bed lines by hand every single month. My edges look drawn on with a pen.

  The offer

The free design walk-through.

Forty-five minutes in your yard with an Evergrove designer. You point at what bothers you; we sketch what it could be — beds, shade, hardscape, the view from the kitchen window.

You keep the marked-up drawing · hire us or don’t · we don’t chase

Book yours this week

Most walk-throughs happen within the week. Evenings are fine — Florida yards look their best at six o’clock anyway.
